How do I prepare the Supa Collagen Steamboat Soup?

  1. Place frozen Supa Collagen Soup into steamboat pot.

  2. Set to high heat and wait for the soup to boil.

  3. Once boiling, you can start adding in your ingredients. 

How does the Delivery work?

  • You will be able to select your preferred delivery date during your Check Out process. We will contact you if there are any changes. Delivery time will be between 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. As delivery will be done by 3rd party resources, we are unable to provide an estimated time of arrival. If there is no one around to collect it, we will call you and put the Styrofoam box outside your house. Styrofoam box storage time is about 4-6hours.

  • There will be free Delivery above S$90 spending. If your order falls below S$90, there will be a S$10 delivery fee to cover the transportation costs.

What is the serving size per Packet of Collagen?

  • Each packet is 500ml which is suitable for 1 - 2 pax.

Do I need to add water for the Collagen Soup?

  • There is no need to add water but it depends on your personal preference. If you find that the broth is too thick, you can add water to suit your taste. 

How long can I keep the product?

  • Each Collagen packet will have an expiry date on it. The shelf-life is about 3 months if kept frozen and sealed. 3 days if placed in a chiller for the best quality of taste. 

  • Frozen meat shelf-life is about 1 year.

  • For Food Safety, please do not refreeze if completely defrosted.

  • Supa Collagen is made in Singapore by Suparakki Ramen.

  • Meat products are from various countries, which can be found in the product description. 


Can I make any changes after I placed an order?

  • Once an order has been placed, we do not accept any changes. You can contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will try our best to assist you. There is no guarantee if any changes would be made as the system is mostly an automated process. All items sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • All WhatsApp messages and Emails will be replied during working hours.
